The simulations and reports are generated using statistical models based on global energy averages, standardised installation costs, and publicly available market data. They are designed for informational and educational purposes only.

All financial projections, returns, payback periods, and investment scores generated by LumenVest AI are estimates based on AI-driven modelling and global averages. They do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional recommendation.

Actual results will vary based on local energy prices, installation costs, government incentives, weather conditions, equipment quality, and other factors. You should consult a qualified financial adviser and certified solar installer before making any investment decision.

LumenVest AI accepts no liability for investment decisions made based on our simulations or reports.

Investment reports are digital products delivered as PDF files. Upon successful payment through Stripe, the report is generated and made available for immediate download.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not have access to your full credit card details.

All content on lumenvest.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, simulations, reports, logos, and software — is the property of LumenVest AI or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchased reports are licensed for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of reports is prohibited without written consent.

The installer directory lists solar installation companies that have applied and been accepted to our platform. LumenVest AI verifies basic company information but does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or pricing of any listed installer.

Installer subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Installers may cancel their subscription at any time, with access remaining until the end of the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LumenVest AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established.

For any disputes, the competent courts of the service provider's registered jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
